Roots and Resilience: White Antiracism and Spirituality
Our nation, and our world, is in crisis. Every day, implicit and systemic racism embeds itself more deeply in our institutions. Systemic racism continues to take the lives of people of color (POC) and keeps us from coming together across race to address the horrific, world-wide problems we face today.
The reality is that white supremacy has stripped white people and white communities from our spiritual roots and given us instead a colonized faith and spiritual voids.
Our movement calls white folks to show up, and build together the anti-racist spirituality our white communities so desperately need. Our freedom depends on it
This workshop is for folks who want:
Folks will learn:

- strengthened skills for multiracial alliance building and relationship building
- exploration of anti-racism as a spiritual journey
- transparency and vulnerability with other white people working for change in the world
- generative space where healing needs are centered
Folks will learn:
- to examine - What is spirituality? What is anti-racism? How do the two connect?
- how to address internalized white supremacy and how it shows up in our understanding and practices of spirituality
- the power of spiritual practice to build our resilience
- how white supremacy and other systems of oppression sabotage our ability to connect with one another
- the role of love in dismantling the system of white supremacy. We must learn to hold each other in pain and in hope, imperfection and liberation
Resilient Changemaking
More than ever, changemakers are ready to step into the imagination and try new things, to imagine a different way of organizing, living and loving. Because things like tear down culture, throwing people away, shame and guilt, and imposter syndrome aren’t getting us free. Overwhelm and burnout continue to be pillars in our activism and inside our organizations—however, more and more people, organizations and movements are committing resources to healing, to spirituality, to resilience. This workshop explores:
- ·How to build more resilience into movements for change
- Why practice matters to action
- What weaving healing and spirituality into our movements for change has to do with strategy
- Building sustainable leadership and moving beyond overwhelm and burnout
Liberatory Leadership, Strategies for Long Haul Social Justice
A workshop for institutions, changemakers, community builders, leaders and visionaries interested in examining internalized and institutional oppression and moving towards centering liberation.
Liberatory Leadership examines how to interrupt systems of oppression inside of our bodies, our organizations and the world.

A workshop for institutions, changemakers, community builders, leaders and visionaries interested in examining internalized and institutional oppression and moving towards centering liberation.
Liberatory Leadership examines how to interrupt systems of oppression inside of our bodies, our organizations and the world.
This workshop will cover:

- How to interrupt oppression passing through from you into the work
- Why you feel overwhelmed
- Warning signals that your personal well being has become compromised
- Techniques to interrupt overwhelm and burnout
- Simple practices to incorporate into daily life
- Practices pioneered in spiritual, healing and social justice communities globally
- The important role of love
- The 5 points of practice for strengthening your resilience and ability to show up for liberation long-term
